HighSchoolOT's third annual all-state boys basketball team features 19 returning selections, with one three-time all-state player — Myers Park's Elijah Strong. Richmond's Paul McNeil Jr. and Goldsboro's Ta'Korrie Faison are the only two-time first teamers.

There is a first, second, and third team with 15 players each. There is also an Honorable Mention list of 30 players.

Only players on teams in scholastic-based associations were eligible, save for some players who repeated their junior or senior seasons by reclassifying and are competing in their fifth season since entering ninth grade.

Players are listed with their averages in the following format: points / rebounds / assists. If a player notched more than 1.5 steals or 1.0 blocks per game, those were added as well. Averages without decimals were inexact calculations reported by coaches or other official sources.

Three-time all-state selections: Myers Park's Elijah Strong.

Two-time all-state selections: Richmond's Paul McNeil Jr.; Goldsboro's Ta'Korrie Faison; Farmville Central's Jah Short; Bessemer City's Randall Pettus; Central Cabarrus' Jaiden Thompson; Northwood's Drake Powell; North Mecklenburg's Isaiah Evans; Greensboro Day's Jaydon Young; East Forsyth's Will Gray; Myers Park's Sir Mohammed, Bishop Boswell, and Strong; Holly Springs' Collin Kuhl, North Surry's Jahreece Lynch, Southern Nash's Jordan Vick, E.E.
